Sign in with email or Google
Sign-in options, staying signed in and what to do if you cannot get in.
Written by Matyas Dios · Updated You can sign in with your email and password, or with your Google account. You need to be signed in to use the portal. Only the Terms, the Privacy Policy and this help center are open without an account.
Step by step
- Go to the sign-in page. It says Welcome back.
- To use Google, click Sign in with Google.
- Otherwise, enter your email and password and sign in.
Keep Keep me signed in for 30 days ticked if you want to stay signed in. It is on by default and keeps you signed in for 30 days on that device.
On a shared computer, untick Keep me signed in for 30 days before you sign in.
If you cannot sign in
- Forgot your password? Click Forgot password?, next to the Password label above the field. See Reset or change your password.
- Your account is not activated yet. New accounts with an email and password must be activated first. Open the email Activate your Nordicrank account and click the button. If you cannot find it, use Resend email on the Check your inbox screen, and check your spam folder. More help in I don't get your emails.
- You signed up with Google. Use Sign in with Google with the same Google account. An account created with Google has no Nordicrank password to type in.
