Reset or change your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by email. If you know your password and want a new one, change it in your settings.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
2. On Reset your password, enter your account email and click Send reset link.
3. Open the email Reset your Nordicrank password and click the link.
4. Enter and confirm your new password, then continue to sign in.

Reset links expire after 30 minutes. If the link has expired, request a new one. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and read I don't get your emails.

Change your password in settings

1. Open the account menu and choose User settings.
2. Find the card Password & sign-in.
3. Enter your Current password, then your New password and Confirm new password.
4. Click Change password.

Changing your password signs out your other sessions.

Password rules

• At least 12 characters.
• Passwords that have appeared in known data breaches are refused.
• Use a password you do not reuse on other sites.
