Currencies and prices excluding VAT
Show prices in EUR, USD or SEK, and which currency you are invoiced in.
Written by Matyas Dios · Updated Prices in the portal are always shown excluding VAT. The base currency is the euro, and you can view prices in EUR, USD or SEK.
Change the currency you see
- Click the currency in the top bar and pick EUR, USD or SEK.
- Or open the account menu, choose Account settings and set Display currency.
The prices in the marketplace and the cart follow your choice. The currency switcher is locked while an order is being placed.
Which currency you pay in
The display currency is for viewing. What you actually pay in depends on how you pay:
- Invoice: invoices are issued in SEK or EUR only. Your Display currency setting also sets your invoice currency. If you choose USD, you are invoiced in EUR.
- Customers in Sweden: you always pay in Swedish kronor. The amount is converted at an exchange rate that is locked when the order is created.
- Card: card payments can be made in USD.
The final amount you pay is the one shown in the cart at checkout. That price is valid for 15 minutes.
VAT is added on top
The amounts you see exclude VAT. Whether VAT is added depends on your company details. See Company details, VAT and reverse charge.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders that are already paid for or confirmed. See our Terms of Use for details.
