Offers from your client manager
Review a custom offer, remove sites, request changes or accept it into your cart.
Sometimes your client manager puts together a custom offer: a list of sites with a niche, a content package and a price for each. You review it in the portal and decide what to do. Nothing is ordered until you accept the offer and finish checkout.
Find your offers
An Offers tab appears in the top menu when you have an offer. Open it to see your offers with their status. If you have none yet, the page says that offers from your client manager show up there.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | The offer is sent and you have not opened it. |
| Viewed | You have opened it. |
| Changes requested | You asked your client manager for changes. |
| Accepted | You accepted it and the sites went to your cart. |
| Expired | The Valid until date has passed. |
| Declined | You declined the offer. |
| Cancelled | The offer was cancelled. |
Review an offer
Click an offer to open it. Offer details shows the offer number, the Valid until date and the total excluding VAT, next to the regular total. Each site lists its niche, its content package and its offer price.
- Click Remove on a site you do not want. It is not added to your cart, and its share of the offer discount is removed too. Click Undo to bring it back.
- Fill in Your reference / PO number (optional) to have it shown on the invoice.
Accept, ask for changes or decline
- Accept offer adds the sites you kept to your cart at the offer prices. You then finish the order in checkout. The niche and content package of each site are locked to what the offer says.
- Request changes opens a form where a comment is required, for example to swap a site or ask for a different price. It is sent to your client manager and the offer stays open.
- Decline opens Decline offer, where you can give a reason if you like.
A discount code cannot be combined with an offer, except a price guarantee offer: there the code comes off the matched price. See Link, indexing and price guarantees.
Offer prices are set in EUR. If you are invoiced in SEK, the offer page shows that the invoice uses the approved monthly rate.
Expired offers
When the Valid until date has passed, the offer can no longer be accepted. Contact your client manager if you still want it, or choose Contact support in the Help menu.
