Link, indexing and price guarantees

Every placement comes with a link guarantee and an indexing guarantee, and our prices come with a price guarantee. This page explains them in plain words. The binding text is in our Terms of Use.

Link guarantee

We guarantee that your link stays live for 12 months from the date the article is published.

If the publisher removes the link or the article, changes the link to nofollow or sponsored, or sets the article to noindex, and it is not corrected within 14 days of us detecting it or you reporting it, we either arrange a replacement placement of equivalent value or give you a credit equal to the amount you paid. We decide which.

It does not apply if the change happens because you asked for it, your target URL was changed, removed or redirected, the content was removed for a legal reason, or because of force majeure. A link that the site's description already says is nofollow or sponsored is not covered either.

The link duration shown for a site is the publisher's stated term. Our replacement or credit obligation only applies during the 12-month guarantee period.

Indexing guarantee

We guarantee that the published article gets indexed by Google. We first check about 24 hours after publication, then daily until it is indexed, then monthly. If it is not indexed after 7 days, we take reasonable steps to get it indexed.

If we cannot get it indexed within 60 days of publication, you can ask for a credit equal to the amount you paid. You can ask in Link Monitor or by contacting support, no later than 30 days after the end of that period. You get no more than one replacement or credit per placement under both guarantees together.

Price guarantee

If you find a link cheaper on another marketplace, we match the price, no questions asked.

It must be the same link placement: the same website and the same type of placement, for example a guest post. Send us the link to the other listing before you place the order. Choose Contact support in the Help menu or email support@nordicrank.com, and we adjust the price. You then get the site as an offer at the matched price. See Offers from your client manager.

The price guarantee also applies when you use a discount code. The code comes off the matched price. We match the price; we do not beat it.

How to report a problem

Use Report issue in Link Monitor, or choose Contact support in the Help menu. Credits can be used for new purchases and are not paid out in cash. See Refunds and credits.
