Order and link statuses explained

What each status on the Orders page means, and when you need to do something.

Written by Matyas Dios ยท Updated

An order can hold several links. The order has one overall status, and each link in it has its own status. You find both on the Orders page. Open an order to see every link.

Use the Needs Action tab on the Orders page. It lists every order where we are waiting for you.

Order statuses

The order status sums up its links:

  • Needs action: at least one link is waiting for you.
  • Reviewing: we are checking the order before work starts.
  • Pending and In progress: we are working on the order.
  • Awaiting payment: the card payment is not complete yet.
  • VAT verification: we are checking your EU VAT number in the EU VIES register. The order continues as soon as the check is done. If it stays like this, contact support.
  • Completed: every link is live.
  • Cancelled: the whole order was cancelled.

Payment status

Next to the order status you see a payment status, for example Unpaid, Invoice sent, Paid, Overdue or Refunded. Card payments show Paid as soon as Stripe confirms them. For invoice orders, the invoice number appears on the order once the invoice is issued.

Good to know

We email you when a draft is ready and when a link goes live, so you do not need to check the page every day.

Something looks wrong?

If a status has not changed for a long time, or a live link stops working, choose Contact support in the Help menu and include your order number (it starts with NR, for example NR26202).
