Download your data or delete your account

Export everything we store about you, or close your account for good.

You can download a copy of your data or delete your account yourself. Both are in User settings, on the card Your data.

Download your data

  1. Open the account menu and choose User settings.
  2. On the card Your data, click Download my data.
  3. Confirm it is you. Enter your password, then click Download.

The file is a JSON file with your profile, settings, orders, projects, domains and saved filters. It downloads to your device.

If you sign in with Google, you do not have a password to enter. You need to have signed in within the last 15 minutes, so sign out and in again first if it was longer ago.

Delete your account

  1. On the card Your data, click Delete account.
  2. Enter your password, or, if you use Google, make sure you signed in recently.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.
  4. Click Delete my account.

You are signed out on every device, and we send a receipt to your email address.

Heads up

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Your login and personal data are removed. If you have orders, the orders, amounts and invoice details are kept for seven years, because Swedish bookkeeping law requires it.

If you have orders in progress

Orders in progress must be finished or cancelled by support before you can delete your account. If the deletion is blocked for that reason, choose Contact support in the Help menu and tell us which orders are open.
